Hi everybody,
I'm a German in Belgium and have ordered and bought a new BMW via an independent German dealer (not BMW) for my Belgian company.
The car was bought without BTW and the "Fahrzeugbrief" or "Teil I" (which proves that it's my car) will be on my name but it will not be registered in Germany, so without the "Fahrzeugschein" or "Teil II". The dealer will send me the Fahrzeugbrief, invoice and the COC.
Can I:
1. go to the Belgian Douane with the invoice, Fahrzeugbrief and COC, pay the BTW and get the "aanvraag tot inschrijving"
2. go to the DIV with Fahrzeugbrief, COC and aanvraag tot inschrijving, register the car and get Belgian licence plates
3. go to Munich, put the Belgian licence plates on the car and drive to Belgium
As it is a new car (but imported into Belgium), would I need a keuring?
Many thanks and sorry for the language mix!
