in the next few days i will go to Belgium to buy a car to export, however i have a some doubts, if you cold help it would be good.

The car is over 4 years old, need to go the inspection, right? How much?

The transit plates (insurance) only for one month? Is a little expensive, ~250

Where can I make transit plates with less time and more cheaper? The car is in Brussels.
