goed VAG ( audi) service

Hello.

( sorry that I'm asking in english but my dutch is still poor )

I'm looking for good service which is specialised in audi/volkswagen group.
I have a problem with airco compressor in my audi a6 2004, dealer can do only one thing : replace. For 1100e,no thanks,especially that I know,that there are few potencial things to check when the compressor is not working,unfortunatelly I don't have place and environment to deal with this by my own.

Also I have enough of servicing my car at the dealer,I have a feeling that they can only replace things and they are not able to find the real reason in many cases.
I also have experience with ' pit lane 'garage ( bosch) and I'm not really satisfied with those unprofessional dudes.

Could anybody recommend me a good VAG service? I live in Nijlen,near Lier,not so far from Antwerpen.Holland somewhere near Breda and neighbourhood would also suit me if necessary.

Maybe you should call Joly in Kontich, its not far from Lier and they have two buildings next to eachother, one is Audi the other one Volkswagen.
I'd say call them (http://www.garagejoly.be/audi/contact/algemene_gegevens) tell them your problem and ask if instead of just replacing
they could do some revision or something. Also there should be some revision guys around who trade you a fixed copressor for your broken one
but I have no idea where they are located.

I went there last time ( I wanted to clean my airco after Bosch garage made it wrong) ,dude from the service desk told me that I should go back to the Bosch as they made it wrong and that he cannot make the appointment even in three weeks because they are all on the holidays!

C'mon,it's not the way to deal with the customer. Much better service was at Heist-op den Berg,but still they want to replace everything which is not the right way. So I would prefer to find non-dealer service which deals only in VAG group and would know how to fix and find the reason,not only replace.

You should try Hermans in Herentals. I worked there as a car salesman for VW. They also have two buildings, VW and Audi. They have top 10 customer service care / after sales in Belgium, so it might be the right place to go to. They win that award almost every year, even when they still were Ford years ago...

So I guess go there and explain it.

Beerens is indeed fine, and are very helpful and have plenty of bridges so availability shouldnt be a problem, mine went there for maintenance, told them to call me if they would encounter any large and/or unexpected costs. Went fine..
