Dear Mr. XXX,
This has reference to your mail to our duty manager Mr. Saeed regarding your dissatisfaction while staying in Dhaka Sheraton Hotel.
Mr. XXX you had to awake on that night due to the noise coming from the ceiling. As this is the first time we got this type of feedback, initially our associates assumed that it could be from the A/C. After few minutes it was clear that this was not the AC but there were some living creature like rodents/rats.
We gave you room move which did not make any improvements and finally we moved your room to a star suite.
Mr. XXX, considering the above situation we can understand your feeling. The experience of that night can not be expected from the Sheraton Brand.
As we could not compensate you on your departure by refunding your room charges, I would like to offer the following for your next arrival –
On your next reservation I would like to offer you room rate US$130++ per night in premium deluxe room which will include the executive club lounge facility
This time your room rate was US$150++ without any additional facilities.
For your information, I have attached the lounge facility for you.
Mr. XXX depend upon your feedback, the management of Dhaka Sheraton Hotel has taken necessary action to check every room of the west wing.
We have involved out pest control team for intensive action so that no living thing (like rat) can get entry in the falls ceiling.
I know that explaining the above is not enough to make you happy. But we are very much grateful to you for keeping patience on that day.
It would be very much appreciated if you please acknowledge my mail.
