Volgende week is het weer zo ver: de moeder der etmaalraces gaat dan weer van start.

Zijn er hier die gaan? Ik trek mij op aan de gedachte dat het mijn laatste juni-examens zijn ooit en dat ik daar dus, met een beetje geluk, volgend jaar ook zit!

Wordt het Peugeot of Audi?
Ik hoop geen van beide! Ik wil die Aston Martins, die vuile diesels op hun doos zien geven! Maar bon... realistisch blijven zeker?!

Ik vertrek met nog 4 andere donderdagochtend redelijk heel vroeg met ne mobilehome. Eerste keer dat we gaan dus een serieus avontuur.

En t zal wel een beetje duidelijk zijn voor welk merk we gaan.

Zever, hier bewijzen ze nog maar eens dat diesel gewoon beter is. Bedoeling is om ter verst rijden in 24u. Van mij mogen ze daar ook waterstof- en elektrische wagens bij betrekken.

Uiteraard klinken die benzinedingen (de Corvettes ) wel mooier.

Ik heb het indertijd met SopCast gevolgd denkik. Maar het is dus nooit zeker of er een kanaal beschikbaar zal zijn.

Als je met de mobilhome gaat, neem dan ook fietsjes mee, heel handig als je op een wat verdere camping staat.

Is er iemand die van die draagbare tv'tjes huurt? Of zijn er andere tips om het ter plaatse te volgen?
Volgens mij gaat het toch best via de computer. Ter plaatse is het zeer moeilijk, maar des te spectaculairder. Ik zou graag nog eens teruggaan maar dat lukt dit jaar dus niet.

Ik vertrek deze avond al... is mijn eerste maal naar Le Mans maar wel met een ervaren gids mee. Kijk er al naar uit

France 2/3 zal wel live uitzendingen doen. En ik vermoed Eurosport ook. Misschien RTBF?

Eurosport 1 en 2 dan kunt ge denk ik zowat de hele 24h continue kijken. Ik heb hier de digicorder al geprogrammeerd zodat ik als ik terug ben de race ook nog es kan bekijken.

Tip 1: Op Mad Friday NIET proberen met uw auto op de Mulsanne straight te rijden. Tenzij ge graag om de 3 meter verplicht wordt om burnouts te doen.
