530bhp Litchfield Stage 1 Power upgrade
Our Stage 1 upgrade brings out the full benefit of the Y-pipe and incorporates a recalibration of the GTRs engine management system. This recalibration will release an extra 40-50bhp and transform the way the GTR performs without pushing the limits of Nissans original engine parameters.
The Stage 1 Power upgrade offers:

- Improved boost control

- Revised ignition control
- Increase in both power and torque across the whole rev range
The Stage 1 package costs £899 fitted inc. VAT
tage 2 Custom Remap
Our stage 2 upgrade involves tuning each car individually to insure maximum performance is achieved. This option requires the installation of additional sensors to monitor the engines performance while we custom tune the ECU.
We recommend the custom remap in conjunction with our full Milltek exhaust system to bring the very best from the GTR’s engine.

Nissan GT-R Performace Turbo Upgrades
Litchfield are delighted to list their range of turbo upgrades for the latest Nissan GTR. We have already carried out a lot of work on the various options with a number of cars undergoing upgrades at the moment.
Fortunately the GTR turbos are IHI designed and are very similar to the Subaru items we have a huge amount of experience with. Because of this we have a number of proven part combinations that work well with this engine displacement.
To fully utilise the extra power available from larger turbos the GTR will also need upgrades to a number of parts including the fuel system, exhaust system and engine management. Please feel free to contact us to discuss how our different turbo options can suit you.
Nissan R35 GTR Turbo options
Stage 1 - £3,495.00 + vat
MD525 & 526
Ball Bearing hybrid IHI CHRA assembly retrofitted – allows the use of the original oil and water lines. No plumbing modifications required. Compressor cover modified to suit new larger compressor wheel. Turbine housing modified to accommodate new larger turbine wheel. Turbine wheel modified to reduce backpressure.
This VF34 turbo was first introduced on the limited edition S202 Impreza Spec C which left the factory with 316bhp (@ 1.1bar). It is one of the most popular options for WRX owners looking to take power to around 340.
Estimated Power Output:- A conservative 640-690 bhp
Stage 2 - £4,295.00 + vat
MD600 & 601
Garrett Ballistic Concepts hybrid GT28R Ball bearing CHRA assembly retrofitted to both existing compressor and turbine housings. Bespoke adapter ring manufactured and fitted to allow fitment of original compressor cover. Compressor cover modified to suit new, larger compressor wheel. Existing turbine housing heavily modified to accept Garrett CHRA.
Along with the improved design and performance of the Garrett turbo cores they also have a huge number of component combinations to match a customer’s requirement. These cores are the same units proven in our acclaimed 400bhp Impreza Type-20.
The kit will include the replacement oil and water lines that are required for these turbos
Estimated Power Output:- 750-800 bhp
Stage 3 - £4,995.00 + vat
SSP GTR Pro Series Turbo Upgrade
SSP Turbos have been installed in nearly 50 cars worldwide and are capable of approximately 10% more flow than a normal Garrett GT28 without any increase in lag. The turbo modifications are similar to stage2 but include the only 56mm billet wheel on the market.
These turbos are significantly larger than stock turbos, allowing you to make a considerably more horsepower and torque. The new billet wheels and center sections (CHRA) fit directly into your stock turbo manifolds, after extensive precision machining.
The Package includes:
- 2 x Garrett Dual Ball Bearing 56mm Trim Turbos
- Precise Machining of stock turbine housings
- All lines and hardware are included
Stage 4 - £TBC
This upgrade is in development at the moment and involves installing the larger GT30R CHRA using the same process as stage2.
Estimated Power Output:- 800 bhp+
Labour for removing and refit the engine to fit turbos starts from £995+vat.
Once testing is complete we will list some complete package deals which will include everything needed to move your GTRs performance onto a whole new level.
Forge Motorsport Nissan GTR R35 Front Mounted Intercooler
This front mounting intercooler has been designed as an upgrade for the Nissan GTR R35 models. After considerable trials, we found that the most efficient for these models, was a core of tube and fin design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions we have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across when compared to stock intercoolers.
Our own testing was conducted on software tuned vehicles, to ensure that they would be working their hardest and the results showed both a reduction in inlet temperature, an increase in horsepower asnd torque. The uprated intercooler is supplied with all parts required, including mandrel bent 70mm pipework, silicon hoses, all clips, bolts, and nuts together with comprehensive instructions.

Nissan GT-R Milltek Performance Exhausts
Milltek Y-pipe
Our most popular upgrade is our performance Y-Pipe for the GTR which removes two of the restrictive exhaust Catalytic Convertors.
This is the ideal first upgrade for customers that are disappointed in the standard cars muted exhaust note. The Y-pipe allows the engine to breath more easily and subtly improves the exhaust tone.
This cost effect upgrade provides the following improvements:
- Greatly improved exhaust note at both idle and full throttle
- Sharper throttle response
- Quicker spooling of turbos
- Improved low rev torque
- Twin flexible joints to allow movement
- Tuned Y length to avoid droning at motorway speeds
- Reduced weight (Saving 7kg over original section)

Milltek Performance CAT back exhausts system.
This Nissan GT-R R35 Performance exhaust system is designed to work in conjunction with our successful Milltek Sport Y-Pipe. The new stainless steel performance exhaust system consists of a Y-Piece Connecting Pipe, Link Pipe, Rear Silencer Assembly, and stunning Quad 5" tailpipes.
The new system significantly improves exhaust gas flow and removes many of the restrictive bends found in the standard silencers.
The Milltek performance benefit is also matched with a subtle but purposeful exhaust note.
This is the only exhaust system for the Nissan GTR that is E marked and with full Tüv approval.
Part of the approval scheme is detailed testing of the noise and performance changes the new system makes. The TUV test showed that the Milltek CAT back system showed over a 37% reduction of back pressure.
Despite this significant back pressure drop the new Milltek design still maintains a subtle but purpose exhaust note without increasing the overall noise output.

Forge Motorsport Alloy Finned Sump for Nissan GTR R35 Sequential Gearbox
This replacement sump is made from a solid alloy billet, finned to aid cooling, and is supplied with drilled and threaded tappings ( blanking plug included ) to allow the connection of an external oil cooler system.

Forge Motorsport Alloy Header tank for the Nissan GT R35
This replacement aluminium header tank fits in the stock location, with the stock bolts, uses all the stock hoses and stock radiator cap, yet adds 2 litres of extra coolant capacity inside the natural fill level of the engine i.e. you don’t have to overfill it to take advantage of the extra capacity.
It features a sight glass on the side to check the coolant levels, and is internally baffled to stop the coolant moving about too much during cornering, but also to reinforce the tank so that if you desire, it can use the 1.8bar SpecV radiator cap available from your GTR dealer.

Verder kleine vraag, ik zie hier enkel de nissan's staan die bijna niemand koopt, hoe zit het met de saaie: de note's, almera, primera, ...
de grote: terrano, patrol, die grote pick up, ...
die laatste zou ik nog wel zien zitten, alleen verbruiken ze teveel...maar hoe zit het met Nissan en LPG? Haalbaar of niet? op die grote pick ups misschien wel, maar op welk verbruik zitten ze dan, ervaringen of meningen?
