Recently, Subaru unveiled the STi version of the popular WRX sedan, boasting even more power, more grip and more fun. Apparently, the WRX won't be the only STi model for long. The next Subarus to wear the STi performance badge will be the Legacy sedans and wagons, which will be redesigned within two years. Built to compete against cars such as the Audi A4 and BMW M3, the high-performance Legacy is rumored to produce upward of 350 hp from a twin-turbocharged version of the company's 4-cylinder opposed engine. And because it's a Subaru, that power will be channeled through all four wheels. The new Legacy will have sleeker sheetmetal for all models. Versions without the STi performance equipment might be offered with a new diesel co-developed with Isuzu
