2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK spied for the first time
The Mercedes-Benz GLK went on sale from the autumn of 2008 alongside the competing Audi Q5.
The GLK with its bulky design has not been very popular so far and Audi’s Q5 clearly has been selling better.
Here we have the very first spy shots of the next-generation Mercedes GLK prototype, which was caught hot weather testing in Death Valley, USA.
The prototype has the typical black and white camouflage. The headlights look production ready as well as the new wide grille. The rear is heavily disguised with fake lights.
New GLK will grow is size to make room for the upcoming GLA. Sitting below the ML, the new GLK shows a rounder design and a longer wheelbase compared to the outgoing model.
The new GLK is expected to arrive in late 2014 or in early 2015.
